The Vision Exercises

In order to formulate your vision, we are going to go through six steps, which will take at least one hour and could take considerably. Decide on when you have the time, and then, when you are ready, try and do the below in a single sitting.

If you prefer listening to reading, then one of our members created a 15 minute guided meditation which covers some of the exercises below. To take the meditation, grab a pen and paper, find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed for 15 minutes, as well as at least 5 – 10 minutes to write down afterwards, and then put on the Finding Your Vision Guided Meditation audio file here.

If you have not done this kind of work before, you may find it challenging. Give it the time you can manage for now to get a result to start with – you can always refine more later.

We strongly recommend doing this work in analogue format – writing on paper, instead of digitally on a computer or your phone. If you havent started a journal yet, now is the time to get one that you can write in.
